Shipping & Refund Policy

De Moza understands and values customer satisfaction and wishes to ensure that a trusting relationship is built with each purchase.
De Moza therefore offers a 100% Returns & Refunds Guarantee.

 In case of any Product defect (shrinkage, colour bleeding, print quality issue, stitching, breakage) there will be a No-Questions-Asked Replacement within 7 days of the receipt of the product.

Replacement will be with a substitute product of your choice from De Moza's available collection - worth the amount paid by you. Please provide a copy of the paid invoice.

Original product will need to be mailed back to our office prior to processing of the replacement/ refund.

We do not provide Cash Refunds, and any refunds shall be in the form of Gift Vouchers worth the amount spent by you. These vouchers will have a Validity Period and you can use it to buy anything else from www.Demozastores.com 

 

Refund Policy:

Refund of payment is applicable only in the following situations - 
In case fresh stock is not available with seller for exchange as per above guidelines and the customer want refunds only, customer will get a refund of the amount in their bank account/credit card within 14 days after returning the goods safely and in original condition to the seller.
 

Cancellation & Shipping Policy:

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled. 

  • Cash on delivery will not be available.

  • Octroi wherever applicable will be paid to the courier company by the buyer; De Moza will not be responsible for Octroi payments.

  • Based on stock availability, we normally ship the products within 2 working days from the date of order payment confirmation. Occasionally, due to rush of orders, the time to ship may extend to up to 5 days

De Moza has two quality leggings which is

    1. Cotton Spandex – 95% Cotton and 5% Spandex

    2. Viscose Spandex – 95% Viscose and 5% Spandex

2. Will the Fabric Shrink?

No, the fabric is already treated for shrinkage. However due to improper washing may lead to shrinkage, we recommend to follow the washing instruction provided in the product.

Yes, we can export to any country.
